Garden Teacher

After studying Child and Adolescent Development at PLNU, Emily’s passion for early childhood education became her vocational calling. Taking part in the joy of experiential learning alongside young children is what she finds most meaningful.

Emily believes that through play children are co-constructing their own knowledge each day. She is especially inspired by children’s free exploration and discovery of the natural world.

Outside of the classroom, Emily enjoys surfing, running, climbing, reading, and traveling.
