“Tommy Bancroft brings a great energy to the team. Truly a positive influence, most beloved player on team, not one person could find something bad to say about him. There’s a certain point where you need to get serious and turn that switch off, but he’s a guy who knows when it’s time to have fun. He’s got a real California, chill vibe to him. He can turn anything into a joke. The specialists are the funniest unit consistently on the team and he’s a big reason for that. He knows how to have fun with it. Once it’s time to snap, though, you don’t worry about his focus and consistency. He does his job. As a snapper he’s very accurate and that’s one less thing you have to worry about as a special teams unit.”
