Big Room Teacher

Robin moved to San Diego to earn her Master’s Degree in Education at the University of San Diego, along with teaching credentials in both General and Special Education. She quickly fell in love with the community and went on to teach in a variety of San Diego Unified elementary schools for 15 years.

Robin stepped away from teaching to focus on raising her daughter and son. Both of her children were lucky enough to attend Methodist, and over the years she fell in love with the nurturing environment, the joyful classrooms, and the strong sense of belonging that filled the school. Robin often felt that if she ever returned to teaching, this was exactly where she would want to be.

Outside the classroom, you can find Robin spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, or playing with her dogs.
